Watchdog is one more assurance our clients have that WorkForce Technologies knows what it means to provide true self-service solutions.

Much the way modern personal computers are equipped with monitoring systems that scan for software and hardware problems, WorkForce builds monitoring capabilities into the solution systems we design for our clients.

Our Watchdog technology continually tests all the operation of the systems we implement, essentially “using” them the way any employee, customer, or member would, in order to detect malfunctions and correct them before they lead to disruptions in  service to actual users.  Watchdog can alert systems operators to everything from small glitches to potentially major problems.

We know it isn’t really self-service if intended users are baffled by it, annoyed by it, or can't get access to it.  That’s why we invented Watchdog, to alert us and our clients before problems arise in the systems we install.
